History

Smitholator Cookie Shop started in 2012 as a home-based business under the Arizona Cottage Law. We specialized in custom decorated sugar cookies. Business grew by word of mouth and by vending at outdoor markets like Mesa's MACFest. In early 2015 it was decided to grow the operation into a commercial bakery and retail store. We are thrilled to have acquired a retail space in historical Downtown Mesa.
