History
Having worked in the Restaurant industry while in High School, I continued working in the Industry for Eight years in Management. Familiar with supervising both the FOH and BOH, I also supervised Bar Service as well. Familiar with hiring and traininging both FOH and BOH staff and Bar Staff. As a supervisor I was also responsible for cleanliness and inventory while maintaining both Food and Labor cost. Also was responsible for the Customer's overall experience. With a strong training focus for the staff on ticket building while building the Customer's overall experience to meet and exceed expectations.

I specialize in working with Restaurants that are struggling both with their product and service. I offer Menu development, Staff development, Mystery Dining, and both Interim and Support Management.
