The History Of Resco Group, Inc. Richard E. Swanson and his wife, Sandy, began their journey in 1969 in General Contracting, building custom homes in Southern and Central Arizona. Through the years, his children and grandchildren discovered their talents in the real estate and construction industry. Today, Resco Group, Inc. stands on a firm foundation as a tribute to our family's values and varied talents.
