History
Born in Ahuachapan, El Salvador, Dolores as a young age was taught how to cook by her grandmother. She then came to the United States and started cooking from home to sell pupusas in the streets to support her five kids. From their she started working in a restaurant as a cook for many years dreaming of opening her own restaurant one day. Now that her kids have grown in age they all worked as a team to achieve their dreams of being queens of the pupusas.
