Reece Angell Rowe Architects prepared architectural and engineering documents for demolition, reconstruction and restoration of the 22, 000 square foot Peabody Western Coal Facility located in Flagstaff, Arizona, damaged by fire. The Client's requirement for completed working drawings allowed thirty-three days for documenting the existing structures still remaining and production of architectural documents for the facility's reconstruction. our firm completed and delivered the drawings to the Client in thirty-one days and successful low bidder's price for reconstruction was $120, 000 below the project budget. Serrano's Restaurant in Phoenix, requiring a rebuild due to fire, received their Construction Drawings in 28 days, and Dr's. Price/Ford in Phoenix received their construction drawing in 24 days. Over the past six years, Reece Angell Rowe Architects has provided Northern Arizona University with final architectural and engineering documents on or before the scheduled completion date with all projects being awarded within budget.We provide contract documents that are complete with sufficient detail to allow for successful and competitive bidding without incurring significant extras. We routinely require pre-construction conferences in order to outline any areas requiring additional detailing or further clarification. Our written project specifications have been developed in conjunction with our Architectural documents and amplify the drawings and details by requiring industry standard performance and adherence to good practice without incurring additional costs by the use of proprietary items.
