The Community Services Department is a part of the government of the City of Peoria in Arizona. It operates a parks division that plans and conducts the maintenance of city parks, trails, open spaces and retention basins. The department offers a variety of after-school, summer, sports, adaptive recreation and outdoor programs, as well as swimming and special interest classes for children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens. The Community Services Department maintains libraries that conduct adult and youth programs, as well as offer interlibrary loan services and wireless Internet access. It is also responsible for the administration of the Peoria Sports Complex, which features more than 10 baseball fields.
