Optimyze Tempe is our 2nd location that just opened in 2021. Our Phoenix location has been open for approximately 3 years and we have expanded. Optimyze started with a mission to empower our community to take more responsibility over their own mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health through natural methods. Owners and founders Jesse and Michael found cold water therapy and other natural but powerful tools which changed their lives. Through their own journeys of healing they wanted to bring these therapies and the intention and education around them to the masses and believe these are game changers and disrupters in our sick society.
Specialties
1st time session only $30. You will get a 1 hour session that includes compression therapy, infrared sauna, hot and cold water therapy/cold plunge and guidance from our staff.
