Denise Venturelli, Owner and Broker, first open the doors for business on October 20, 2007 as a franchisee at a prime location of the Northwest Valley, located on the Northwest Corners of Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Parkway in the Lake Pleasant Town Center. On August 3, 2009, Denise decided to brand her own name by changing the business name to New Venture Realty. Denise is a member of the West Maricopa Board of Realtors, Phoenix Association, Southwest Association and Scottsdale Association of Realtors and active member on the Professional Standards of Practice for the Arizona Association of Realtors.
