HistoryDean Carlton came to Needles, CA as a young school teacher and there was no church in town. He identified some members and they rented a hall on Broadway Street. They advertised in the newspaper and held a meeting prior to 1940. Raymond Kelsey conducted the meeting. The deed to the property at 417 Market Street is dated 1947.
