I have been a certified personal trainer since 2017. I have trained at Mountainside Fitness Happy Valley, 5 Star Fitness Avondale, and at various home or apartment gyms privately. I am now offering personal and online training as well as customized meal plans and nutritional coaching directly through my own business: Wolf Pack Fitness LLC.

Strength and resistance training to help reach your fitness goals. I specialize in training for muscle hypertrophy, strength, fat loss and overall physical health. I teach very strict form to ensure that you exercise intensely but safely. Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle and arguably the most fun but to fully reach your potential I will also teach you how to eat for your goals. Depending on your level of commitment I write customized meal plans tailored to your goal. My goal is to find your limits to push you past them in order to find the safest and most efficient path to your end goal. I believe in equipping you with all the tools you need to eventually pursue your own fitness journey confidently with a strong foundation.
