Anthony Pelino has been defending immigrants since 1993 & opened the Law Office of Anthony Pelino in 1996. In 1999, while also serving as a Clinical Supervising Attorney at Boston University School of Law, Mr. Pelino was invited by the Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project to visit & represent detained persons in Eloy and Florence, Arizona. After being impressed with the serious need for zealous advocates in these remote locations, Mr. Pelino moved his office to Florence in early 2001. His office remained there until 2009, when he moved to Phoenix, though his heart never left his work with the detained population as he continues to represent individuals in Eloy & Florence. Mr. Pelino also represents individuals seeking lawful permanent residence, citizenship and asylum as well as individuals in Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Courts in Phoenix and Tucson.
