Each person and their family are involved in tailoring their care to their needs and wants. Each person has access 24/7 to providers, nurses, nursing aides, spiritual coordinators, social workers, and volunteers. Hope Care also provides necessary transportation, medications, labs, x-rays, therapies, homemaker services, respite, GIP, continuous care, bereavement, and much more. Where are hospice services provided? Hope Hospice Care provides services at any location the person considers home. Who pays for hospice services? Typically, the persons primary insurance will cover the cost of hospice services. Hope Hospice Care also has private pay and sliding scale payment options.
