Easter Seals Blake Foundation, a nonprofit corporation, was originally formed in 1950 as the Cerebral Palsy Foundation of Southern Arizona providing services to children and adults. The foundation's educational and therapy services grew and expanded beginning in the mid- 1970s. Its educational, therapeutic and community living programs include children and family services, employment and community services, summer programs and community living services. The programs provide support in the areas of health, parenting, poverty, child abuse and neglect, child development and early education, mental health and disabilities. The children and family services offered by the foundation are funded by various organizations, including the Arizona Department of Health Services, the Arizona Department of Economic Security and the Arizona Department of Education. Easter Seals Blake Foundation is located in Tucson, Ariz.
