HistoryLineage of Northern Shou Shu The lineage of this Northern Shou Shu is traced confidently to Da Shifu Lu Chin, the teacher of Sijo Da Shifu Albert F. Moore. While living, Sijo Da Shifu Moore, passed on the art to his family and to many students. Today, one of Sijo's principal students, Da Shifu Jim Clark, is the only remaining Da Shifu teaching Northern Shou Shu as it was taught by Sijo Da Shifu Moore. However, other branches of Shou Shu are still taught today.SpecialtiesRed Dragon Shou Shu teaches the art of self defense.Our training will help future students improve their awareness in difficult situations, for example having to defend themselves or their loved ones. It will also help you to maintain balance in your life by increasing your physical and mental capabilities. This can be accomplished by utilizing our programs. We use traditional proven fighting techniques that are similar to 7 styles of Kung Fu. With Shou Shu our students will gain control of their body and a sharp discipline of the mind.
