Bought the truck up in Portland and took about 5 months to get everything ready for opening. It's been crazy but there is no other food truck out there like us. We make everything in house, from scratch, mixing traditional family recipes with nouveau flavors and tastes. As a large family, we hate it when two or three of us have to settle for a genre of food so we decided our food will never be just one type. It's just damn good food.
Specialties
Just a retired city bus, making a big comeback, and living out it's next chapter... as a damn good food truck. We take pride in our food. Everything is made from scratch, using original recipes. We use organic ingredients wherever possible and everything is non-gmo. No canned, no preservatives.
