Castle Steel Inc was founded in 2000 by Mike Bode and Eric Wolfe in Phoenix, Arizona. Castle Steel Inc is a City of Phoenix and City of Los Angeles Certified structural steel fabricator and erector. Castle Steel's financial stability and our dedicated employees have enabled the company to grow into a productive organization. Castle Steel currently has over 70 employees; we have grown to a volume of approximately $10 million in annual revenue, and are responsible for more than 5 million square feet under roof. Castle Steel continues to evolve, adapt, and embrace newer technology and methodology that enables us to better serve the General Construction community. Due to the volume of work in pre-engineered metal building erection, Castle Steel opened a dedicated division in 2007. Bill Jellison is the V.P. of this division and has grown Castle Pre-engineered Metal Buildings into the 70th largest metal building contractor in the U.S. and the largest in Arizona. We currently have 30 employees in this area and have the capability of erecting pre-engineered metal buildings anywhere in the United States. 2008 again saw an expansion, this time with Castle joining forces with Don Sobczak, entering into the Site Steel Specialty business allowing us to deliver product to those on the Civil Engineering side of the business.
