Dog stains that have been here for months.

Trash left everywhere and property is never cleaned

Hot tub broken for over a year. Safety violation for sure, area wasn't even secured. Now is surrounded by a chain link fence.

Another day, another resort style amenity out of commission. Residents pay a monthly amenity fee of close to $100.

2022 photo of drained hot tub. It was BRIGHT green for months. Still drained and unusable.
