Since 2013, the Autism Academy for Education and Development has opened three Arizona campuses located in Chandler, Tempe, and West Valley. The school provides academic instruction centered on social skills, individualized teaching techniques, life skills, and various therapies. The school has a rich reputation of consistently helping students with autism reach their highest potential. Husband and wife team, the-late Don Newcomb and Laura developed the program to accommodate the academic needs of children with autism. The model they created together lives on with teaching techniques that enhance individual abilities. Owner, Laura Newcomb, continues to demand all children be treated with dignity. The program has continued growing rapidly, enriching the lives of students K-12.

Our K-12 Institution offers individualized educational programs exclusively for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. A school devoted to teaching children with Autism, there is a focus on implementing key components to ensure that each child meets their potential. The Autism Academy believes that children with Autism will flourish with programming tailored to their specific needs. The Academy's innovative collaboration with publicly funded schools, parents, tax credit program and Empowerment Scholarships enables us to bring the best choice for families of children with Autism throughout Arizona. With the rate of Autism diagnosis on the rise, students need specially designed Autism only programs solely available at the Autism Academy.
