Incorporated in 1969, West Valley Arts Council is a fine arts education provider. Located in Avondale, Ariz., the council offers a range of arts education programs in the categories of arts advantage, KidTix, summer arts camps, arts education partnership and multidistrict partnerships. It also has partnership with Dysart School District to provide arts camps, after school programs and programming for future facilities. Its arts advantage program features a variety of artists in order to expose elementary-age students to many art forms.
