The Arizona Department of Housing, also known as ADOH, provides housing and community revitalization services to the residents of Arizona. It operates special needs, homeownership, compliance and monitoring, community revitalization and education, rental development, and forms and handbooks departments. The department s homelessness prevention program offers eviction prevention and emergency housing grants through the State Housing Fund. The Arizona Department of Housing also administers funds for the emergency repair of properties owned and occupied by low-income homeowners. In addition, it provides eviction and mortgage foreclosure assistance. The department provides a variety of funding sources for nonprofit and private housing developers to assist with the development of affordable rental properties. The Arizona Department of Housing is located in Phoenix.
