HistoryCirque Boreal owner/aerialist/instructor, Stephany Jeffers, has been doing aerial acrobatics since 2008. She has trained in aerial silk, aerial sling, lyra, and corde. She has performed in venues big and small. She has been teaching aerial for over 5 years privately and in workshop settings. She has guest taught for UAA's Flight Crew, the UAA aerial class, Aerial Yoga of Alaska, and more. After many years of traveling, she returned to the Anchorage area to find there is no place to consistently practice aerial in the Anchorage area. So in Fall of 2016 she opened Cirque Boreal - a place to learn and train in the art of aerial acrobatics.SpecialtiesCirque Boreal offers a place to learn and train in aerial acrobatics in Alaska. We teach aerial silk, aerial sling, aerial hoop, and aerial performance classes as well as hosting open aerial times for those who just want to get some air time.
