Soldotna High School
Soldotna High School offers classes in grades nine through 12. The school curriculum includes Spanish, American and world history, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, psychology, physics, chemistry, biology, college writing, computer applications, mass communication, food science, and health and physical education. Soldotna High School also provides various vocational courses, such as woodwork, drafting, desktop publication, fine and performing arts. The school has various clubs, including Spanish, speech and debate, art, drama, dance, jazz, choir, and mathematics and science. Soldotna High School has a library that houses a large collection of books, journals, magazines, and audiovisual reference materials. Soldotna High School s sports activities include cross-country, football, volleyball, basketball, softball, swimming, and track and field. The school also has a parent-teacher association that assists in various school activities. It also provides educational programs and extracurricular activities to students with special needs.
