At Pingo Bakery-Seafood House, we serve handmade dishes that taste sublime and are presented simply but elegantly. Sadly the salmon croissant was sold out. This was not a light and fluffy croissant, but still delicious with buttery layers. I also got a PB cookie and chocolate chip cookie. Strong butter flavor.
