HistoryDonna Lanni and Marsha Munsell started the business to have a place to teach yoga and to have a place where other teachers could teach. We welcome all styles and offer many styles of teaching. Donna has moved, so Marsha has the helm at Heart Stream. Her goal is to offer modalities to bring health and well-being to all different kinds of people. Heart Stream offers classes in yoga, Pilates, SOL Barre, Qigong, Tai Chi, and meditation. You will find many studio classes and some virtual classes.
