If you're calling to make an appointment, call over and over till they pick up. Usually 5 or more times before you'll get an answer. Leaving voicemails won't get you anywhere.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous when you make an appointment. First time I came it took over 3 hours to get a half an hour worth of tests done....
