First Baptist Church is a regional church serving nearly 60,000 residents of northern Talladega County. Based in Talladega, Ala., the church is a multigenerational church reaching senior adults, preschoolers, men, women, families and youth. It has various ministries, such as child development center, children's ministry, recreational ministry, senior adults, student ministry and worship ministry. In addition to performing various religious services, First Baptist Church conducts small-group Bible study, youth choir, adult discipleship groups, outreach, Sunday school and fellowship programs. Sunday and Wednesday school classes are held at preschool, children, middle school, youth and adult levels.
