High end Southern food with a French twist. Located in the heart of revitalized downtown Sheffield. Red Clay" is a reference to the region and also reflects to keep the ingredients to the dishes as local as possible. We use vegetables from Bluewater Creek Farms and Jack-O-Lantern Farms, and beef from FAME Ranch cows. The soaps in the restrooms are made by a woman who has a lavender farm across the state line in Tennessee. Baskets on the tables are hand woven from dried kudzu vines.
