PULSE International is a non-profit organization founded by experienced nurses Lisa Armour and Lauren Huber, dedicated to empowering and assisting under-resourced communities around the world. With a focus on improving local healthcare and establishing education and healthcare initiatives, PULSE aims to enhance accessibility to fundamental healthcare by building partnerships with local hospitals, clinics, and NGOs.
Driven by their passion to make a difference, the PULSE team consists of dedicated professionals like Sarah-Jane Montgomery, an event management specialist, and Amazu Amos, a long-standing member of the Ugandan Red Cross Society. Together, they work towards their ultimate vision of creating a new world where healthcare is accessible to all, inspired by the words of Florence Nightingale: "Rather, ten times, die in the surf, heralding the way to a new world, than stand idly on the shore."
