Located in the unincorporated area of Ladonia, just west of Phenix City, AL, the department takes great pride in protecting the people, property, and environment of the community.
With a population of approximately 5,500 residents, which nearly doubles daily with commuters and shoppers, the Ladonia Volunteer Fire Department not only responds to fires but also provides assistance in various situations such as motor vehicle accidents, emergency medical response, hazardous materials incidents, traffic hazards, search and rescue operations, agency assistance, public fire and medical education, and disaster response.
