When I was in my early 20's I had the privilege of working side by side with one of the best, Mr. Eddie Bopp at Albertville Home Bakery one of the original owners. He took me under his wing and shared his passion for making the very best for his customers. Soon I was baking and decorating cakes, and Eddie moved me into a management position not long after. Since then I have mastered my own signature buttercream icing that is a staple for all my cakes, and one that my friends and family love. Now I am certified through the Marshall County Health Department to bake from my home and sell to the public. I am so excited to earn your business!
