Community Care Development Network (CCDN) is a faith-based non-profit organization located in Center Point, AL. Comprised of community leaders, CCDN specializes in healing and helping the whole family through their community-based programs. They offer education support services, human support services, family support services, and outreach programs to address various community problems such as poverty, economic pressure, youth and adult peer pressure, communication barriers, education barriers, food insecurity, financial barriers, parental challenges, life skills, and job barriers.
