Located in Cerritos, Calif., the company comprises eight vinegar manufacturing plants and one distribution location outside the United States. The acquisition of Swander Pace Capital L.L.C. from Burns, Philp & Company Limited led to the formation of Fleischmann's Vinegar Company Inc.
