About|History Yoga East is a non-profit organization founded in 1974. We opened our East End studio at the Holiday Manor Shopping Center in 2002. We extensively renovated the studio in 2013. We maintain the same roster of regular classes and add new classes and new teachers frequently. Check us out! Specialties Our East End studio features two practice rooms, dressing rooms with showers, a yoga boutique where you can purchase mats, yoga props, books and DVDs. We offer gentle yoga and yoga therapy for seniors or students with medical restrictions, vinyasa flow, hatha yoga and beginning yoga for all levels of students, intermediate yoga and Pilates mat classes. You can buy single classes, punch cards or monthly packages. No reservations are required - just check our schedule and pick a class to begin. Come a few minutes early to register. Our experienced, certified teachers are happy to help you and answer questions. If you are new to yoga, don't worry! We will show you everything you need to know and you will feel right at home in your first class.
