Purna Yoga Retreat

Purna Yoga Retreat is a dedicated residential yoga retreat center with comfortably furnished en-suite rooms, a spectacular glass walled yoga hall with panoramic views over the lake with surrounding hills and a lush garden grounds featuring swings, hammocks and hanging chairs. We offer yoga retreat programs as well as special retreats with yogic detox, juice cleanse, Himalayan singing bowl sound healing and mandala making workshops. Our yoga hall features highest quality yoga mats as well as original local art of mud sculpture and woven mandalas. Our daily retreat program includes meditation, two yoga classes, aromatherapy steam bath or foot bath, guided relaxation, sound healing with gong and singing bowls as well as chanting. Our food is cooked with local organic ingredients, with accordance to ayurvedic principles and under care of our on-site nutrition specialist. We welcome guests from all walks of life and various levels of yoga experience, sharing our passion for yoga and natural health is our greatest joy.
