Located on Saint-Denis Street in front of the beautiful Square Saint-Louis, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ has an elegant indoor space and a delightful outdoor terrace. Under the direction of Jonathan Lapierre, chef Pascale Beirouti prepares modern and refined seasonal menus that showcase local Quebec products. During the week, students who are finishing their programs come work in the kitchen and dining room to apply what they have learned in the classroom.
