The Farrell's came from Ireland in 2010, Caroline, the chef, originally from the UK, enjoys sharing her variety of cooking experiences of home cooked meals and a variety of sweet and savory goodies and home made breads in the bakery with the visitors to the restaurant. The restaurant benefits from the Farrell's own free range farm just a couple of minutes away, with free range pork, grass fed chicken, and free range turkey. Some of the recipes are from 17th century cookbooks. The Full breakfast includes home cured bacon, home made sausage and home made breakfast pudding (Irish pudding). The restaurant is open year round. In 2021 we were voted to have the best fish and chips on the Island - we are very proud of this, we only ever serve fresh fish, if we are unable to locate fresh fish - we remove it from the menu. We are located less than 15 minutes from the ferry so accessible coming or going, to and from the Island
