Our Kinesiology assessment identifies imbalances and tests head-to-toe strength, mobility, and core/abdominal function. We build a custom fitness program that is all about you and your goals.
2. MANAGE YOUR ACHES AND PAINS
We use the results of your Kinesiology assessment, to problem-solve and help areas of discomfort and/or past injury.
3. TRAIN SMART AND BECOME ACCOUNTABLE
We start with short program blocks, lasting for just over one month to make your goals feel more manageable.
