Trinity College Chapel
Trinity College Chapel, a cherished landmark in Toronto, is a testament to the generosity of Gerald Larkin, former head of the Salada Tea Company. Designed by renowned architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, known for iconic structures like the Liverpool Gothic cathedral, this chapel stands as a significant architectural marvel. Celebrating its 60th consecration anniversary in 2015, the chapel hosted a memorable Holy Eucharist service, fostering community reflection and prayer. The Rev’d Canon Dr. Alyson Barnett-Cowan delivered a moving Homily, enriching the spiritual experience for attendees. Under the guidance of Rev’d Andrea Budgey, the Humphrys Chaplaincy continues its tradition of pastoral care and spiritual guidance for the diverse Trinity College community. Supported by the Friends of the Trinity College Chapel, this institution remains a hub for meaningful discussions and religious exploration.
